RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping at Yellow Cherry Jam. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

RETURN PERIOD

You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

RETURN CONDITIONS

For European Union Customers (14-Day Right of Withdrawal):

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt for any reason and without justification, in accordance with EU consumer protection law.

To be eligible for return under the 14-day right of withdrawal:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase
  • Important exception: Sealed media products (vinyl records, CDs, tapes) that have been opened or played cannot be returned due to hygiene and copyright protection reasons
  • Digital downloads are non-refundable once accessed

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

For All Customers (Damaged or Incorrect Items):

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly accept a return and provide a full refund or replacement.

To qualify:

  • Inspect your order upon delivery
  • Contact us within 14 days with photos showing the damage or error
  • We will provide a prepaid return shipping label for damaged or incorrect items

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Opened, unsealed, or played vinyl records, CDs, or tapes
  • Digital downloads (once accessed or downloaded)

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

To start a return, please contact us at support@yellowcherryjam.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos (if item is damaged or incorrect)

Do not send items back without first requesting a return authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

  • EU customers returning for change of mind: You are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Damaged or incorrect items (all customers): We will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you
  • Non-EU customers: Returns are accepted only for damaged or incorrect items, and we will provide a prepaid return label

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved.

If approved:

  • You will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days
  • Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at support@yellowcherryjam.com.

EXCHANGES

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we will gladly send you a replacement. Please contact us at support@yellowcherryjam.com to arrange an exchange.
